Why Innov8ion Exists
INNOV8iON was founded on the belief that SAP can be more than just a system that “simply runs.” In practice, we observed that many organizations were primarily focused on managing day-to-day operations, while innovation—precisely where the most value lies—remained neglected. New capabilities such as Fiori, the cloud, BTP, and AI emerged, but were far from always being put to good use.
We saw how many companies knew there was more potential within their SAP landscape, but weren’t quite sure how to tap into it. We believe that technology is there to make work easier and better—not more complex, not more burdensome. SAP should adapt to your organization and your ambitions, not the other way around. That’s why we started: to translate technological challenges into solutions that make sense, add value, and will still work in a few years.

INNOV8iON is here for organizations that don’t want to get stuck in existing patterns, that take SAP seriously, and that are ambitious about moving forward. We primarily work with IT managers and business teams who recognize that there’s more to be gained from their IT landscape, are willing to look beyond “that’s how we’ve always done it,” and need guidance. They need someone who thinks along with them, asks probing questions, and collaborates to arrive at a solution that makes sense. We help organizations tackle development challenges, address gaps where standard SAP falls short, and make smart use of new software—not because it sounds trendy, but because it adds value.
What We Do
INNOV8iON is a technical SAP consulting firm. We design and build solutions for organizations that use SAP and find that standard functionality is not always sufficient.
We primarily work with organizations that use S/4HANA or are transitioning to it and are running up against the limits of standard SAP. This includes missing Fiori apps, processes that don’t align well with real-world practices, complex integrations, or challenges related to BTP and extensibility that require clear guidance. In these kinds of situations, we help bridge the gap—by designing and building solutions that actually work in practice.
That doesn’t make us just another functional consulting firm—we’re on the technical side. We build things ourselves. And we understand what’s going on under the hood.
What sets us apart is that we have broad technical expertise, but with a clear focus. We combine development, integration, and cloud expertise within a single team. This allows us to work across modules and deliver solutions that make sense as a whole—not just in one specific area.
Innov8ion’s Expertise
Our core expertise lies in Fiori development, SAP BTP, and S/4HANA development. Specifically, this means that we:
- building custom applications when standard SAP does not meet the requirements;
- Improve user-friendliness with Fiori apps and UX solutions;
- Implement integrations between SAP and other systems;
- Design BTP landscapes and set up extensions alongside the core;
- Ensure quality and a clean codebase during implementations and ongoing development.
Working according to Clean Core principles means expanding where necessary, but keeping the standard intact as much as possible. This requires deliberate choices in architecture, technology, and the implementation of custom solutions, so that upgrades and further development remain manageable. That’s why we work with a compact team of experienced developers and technical consultants—people who have proven themselves and know when to build—and when not to.

Our Approach
We work with a compact team of specialists. No handoffs from junior to senior to architect—just direct collaboration with people who have deep subject matter expertise. We start with the problem, map out options, and build what’s needed—no more, no less. We only use AI if it demonstrably makes a process smarter or more efficient. And for us, innovation means applying modern SAP technology where it’s mature and appropriate—not because it sounds good, but because it works.
Specifically, we do this through our AppFactory approach: we build and develop by building on what already exists, always in close collaboration and with a focus on adoption. From Fiori apps and UX improvements to BTP configuration and side-by-side extensions, from clean core/QA and solution architecture to integrations and (functional) AI applications. All with one goal: an SAP landscape that works for people, can adapt to change, and doesn’t get stuck in outdated patterns.
