In each blog, SAP Technology Expert Julian Kuipers will take you through and feature an “INNOV8’er” who shares what it’s like to be part of the team. We will also highlight the vision of our founders. Each blog focuses on a different question, to which both the interviewed colleague and Julian himself answer. Why did you start working at INNOV8iON?
Julian, our SAP Technology Expert, tells us why he chose INNOV8ION: “In 2020, I started working at INNOV8iON right after my studies. The combination of being a consultant and actually building technical solutions really attracted me. In addition, I really liked the idea of working at a young and small company. As a result, there is a diverse dynamic and plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and help build the company. These two things have proven themselves for me over the past few years.”
Olaf, who has now been working at INNOV8ION for 3.5 years, adds: “At the start of my career, I found it especially important to have enough variety in my work, so that I had the space to find out what I really like. What immediately appealed to me were the many events organized by INNOV8iON; not only internally, but also for the Dutch SAP community. I saw it as a great opportunity to develop my didactic skills in addition to my development work.”
“It’s been 3.5 years now, and I still enjoy working here. This is due in large part to our great corporate culture, but also to all the exciting things I’ve been able to do in recent years. For example, I went to Bonaire for a 5-week assignment to supervise the rollout of a new SAP system with a team of consultants. I also gave a presentation on the impact of A.I. during the VNSG Developer Day. Great experiences thus, which I certainly would not have wanted to miss!”
