INNOV8iON is pleased to announce the appointment of Iemke Kooijman as its new co-director. Kooijman joined the company five years ago as a Senior Technology Expert and has played a key role in INNOV8iON’s success in recent years.
“Over the past few years, our team has laid a solid foundation in the SAP market. In the coming years, we want to build on this further with new projects in the areas of full-stack development (including SAP Fiori), integrations, and innovations on the SAP Business Technology Platform,” says founder Xander Rijken. As the new co-director, Kooijman will be responsible for driving innovation and the further development of INNOV8iON. “Iemke’s experience, passion, and expertise in technology will help INNOV8iON grow even further in the areas of SAP, UX, and innovation,” Rijken continues.
Kooijman elaborates on Rijken’s statement: “My enthusiasm for technology fits perfectly with my new role as Director. At INNOV8iON, we help organizations work smarter and more efficiently by applying the right technological innovations. This new role gives me more freedom to make certain decisions that contribute to INNOV8iON’s mission and growth.”
Kooijman thus replaces former co-director Pieter Gijselhart. Gijselhart is stepping down from his role at INNOV8iON to focus entirely on his work as a member of the management team at INNOV8iON’s sister company, iQibt. However, Gijselhart will not be leaving the scene entirely, as the two companies work closely together.
